Neat and clean rooms with furniture and cot. Even hot water provision was also available. Hotels and tea shops are nearby and very near to tirupati bus stand it takes only 7 to 8 min via rapido to reach their place.
The only thing was there was a ditch nearby so there were a lot of mosquitoes. The rooms must be kept closed after 6 o'clock in the evening so that mosquito issues will be tolerable.

Too congested bathroom & very hot room.
Though I had booked for AC room, they denied saying it was non-AC.
