Location was perfect. It was close to everything we needed.

Beds in 2nd bedroom were 2 singles; so not so convenient for adults who need 2 separate bedrooms. It would be perfect for a family with children though. The property is right by the railroad tracks, so you can expect to hear trains each day; sometimes quite loud.
