Beautiful, serene, magical guesthouse. The staff were exceptional and so gracious and attentive to details from warm cookies, accommodating requests for a late check in, and a bountiful breakfast in a sun filled room. The room was spectacular and I felt like a queen, stepping back into another era, but with all the modern amenities! Can’t recommend more highly!

The "Fred" is amazing! It is beautifully restored, with attention to detail, including some original furniture, wallpaper, and photos. We were so happy to be able to explore and take pictures. The large breakfast was tailored to suit our dietary needs, and we were impressed with the tea and coffee selections. The innkeeper, Heather, went out of her way to welcome us, make recommendations for places to visit in the area, and ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and memorable.
The mattress was a little firm for us, otherwise no complaints.
