Parfait pour un petit week-end à deux. Literie confortable, appartement propre rien à dire ! Parking pour se garer Accueil pour la dame de la conciergerie très chaleureux !

La qualité de l’appartement, l’emplacement et la terrasse couverte de plus l’accueil pour la remise des clefs au top, une dame très sympathique et qui fait tout pour le bien être de ces hôtes

Good location when you came by car. Parking on site is kinda easy. Kitchen is very well equipped. Interior is pleasant and overall cozy. Pet-friendly aparts. If the expectations had been set correctly, I would have given it a 9–10 without thinking.

How you rate your stay depends largely on your expectations. Mine were shaped by the product page, which listed the property as a 2-star apartment. In the context of hotel ratings, 2 stars generally indicate that basic essentials for a budget trip are provided. In my opinion, bed sheets and towels are part of those essentials - but they were not included. To find this out, one has to dig deeply into the description or the PDF booklets sent via WhatsApp. I was aware that a late check-in would incur an additional cost, and I was fine with that. Since I did not know the exact time I would arrive, I managed my departure toward the property without defining a precise arrival time. I usually do this, setting the time once I am packed and ready to move (typically 2-4 hours in advance). This time, however, I received a WhatsApp message saying we needed to arrive 15 minutes before 20:00, or the office would be closed. I replied, stating that I was fine with the extra cost but wanted confirmation that we would not end up in front of a closed door. I did not receive any response in the following hours. Later, I received a message explaining how much trouble I had caused, and that as an exception, they allowed me to use the key box. As a result, my rating reflects a combination of incorrectly set expectations - using industry-recognizable signs like stars - which ultimately led to a late check-in without towels or bed sheets, as well as poor communication on the day of arrival.
