Foarte modern,cel important pt noi apa calda la discretie la orice ora,aproape de plajã cam 5-8 minute,Kaufland ft aproape,ustensile sa poti gatii dc vrei,un view ft frumos spre mare,recomand.

The studio is at last floor (there is an working elevator) and the see can be seen from balcony. You can see the sunrise from your bed. The good thing is that after couple of hours the sun is not going to heat the studio. Very comfortable bed and drapes that completely block the light. Air conditioning effective. The parking lot is reserved, so no trouble parking your car. The location is close to the beach and from restaurants, but far enough to avoid the excessive noise.
The block is very new and some aspects related to this (there are still works in some other apartments) and there is room for improvement in terms of waste management, exterior cleanness, more features to be added for an exceptional stay.
