Tianmen Grand Suite-惠沐公馆-free pickup

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place. The owners, the couple who manage the property, and their daughter are the most amazing and helpful people we have ever met during our travels. From the very beginning, even before we arrived in Zhangjiajie, they were already in touch with us and offering assistance, and this continued all the way until our departure. They provided free pick-up and drop-off service, including transfers to and from Tianmen Mountain, and helped us arrange all our attraction tickets. The owner also kindly drove us to tourist sites every day and often waited for us while we visited the attractions. They went far beyond expectations by helping us find great local dining spots, preparing breakfast items for us in the kitchen, and even stopping by to leave us fresh fruits, vegetables, and tea throughout our stay. The hospitality made us feel like family rather than guests. The apartment itself was extremely clean, with regular changes of bedsheets and cleaning done while we were out. The view from the apartment is beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos, and the price is very reasonable for what is offered. We already promised ourselves that we will definitely book with them again if we return to Zhangjiajie in the future. Super amazing people and an unforgettable experience!

The owner was so nice, she really went out of her way to help us out and help with booking activities and done a fantastic job of making us all feel welcome. I would highly recommend a visit here. I will definitely revisit when im back in china again.
