A beautiful town

We were on the first floor next to the river with great views of the mountains. Not having an elevator mad life difficult with lufgage.Close to the old town, about 150 metre walk. A lovely friendly town with a great 2 level Eurospar shopping, our favourite shop! San Candido is a lovely town. We also loved the Dolomites.

The apartment was ok, but it seemed dated. It would have been good to have some water and ice blocks in the fridge for when we arrived. You are essentially booking and working with a real estate agent, lots of rules and regulations which our neighbours across from us didn't seem to know about. We are from Australia, so if you have dealt with strata type people, you will know what to expect, somewhat impersonal. The available parking was a little hard to find and cramped, but convenient to our apartment.

The Appartement are PERFECTLY situated next to the beautiful and cosy city of San Candido with the Luxury of the back parking space . The appartement was ideal , everything was plan and thought off ( even had 2 pods for laundry and dishes) . Personnal very pleasant and greeting. Would 100% recommend !

The fact that for the money We pay , We didn’t had an extra room for our two Daughters making very difficult my departure and return from my photo shooting.

Staff was very kind but unfortunately the place lacked of simple basic essentials.

Good location and great view of the mountains.

4 floors of stairs with big luggages was a bit of a chore. One of the bedroom’s bed wasn’t made at our arrival (not sure of the reason )not any toiletries at all in the bathroom and had to ask for toilet paper ! WiFI didn’t work well at all nor the tv.

Comfortable stay, but many stairs

Location: Close to train station and town centre. Good view of mountains from balcony and room windows. Facilities: Well equipped. Service: Host is friendly and very helpful in providing travel tips. Comfort: Very comfortable beds, heater was working fine too.

Many stairs. No elevator. Our apartment was on the 4th floor. We had to drag our 4 luggage bags up 7-8 flights of steep stairs. Also, the shower area didn't have any place where you could conveniently place your shower gel bottles/hand towels, etc.

Solo la posizione e la vista dal balcone

Sconsiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che leggerano di non prendere l'appartamento 11, i proprietari vogliono solo fare reddito senza pensare assolutamente ai clienti. TV inguardabile (il costo attuale ora di quelle dimensioni non supera i 130€) l'attrezzatura in cucina molto limitata e senza senso come se avessero lasciato lì cose che avanzavano nella propria abitazione. Vetro della mensola saltato e non messo a posto. insomma sicuramente molto distante dallo standard di case prese fino ad ora in Val Pusteria. E tutto questo Booking deve saperlo oltre all'agenzia. Credo che non vada messa in affitto.

Ottima posizione ma scomodo per chi ha le bici

Posizione della struttura e appartamento accogliente.

La cantina, dove si potevano posizionare le biciclette, aveva una dimensione assolutamente inadatta: piccola (ospitava al massimo 2/3 biciclette in totale) e al piano interrato. La mancanza di ascensore. La pulizia, sia dell' appartamento che delle zone comuni, migliorabile.

Buon Residence molto centrale

La posizione centrale L'ampiezza della camera Ok

Non c'è ascensore e non c'è avviso di questo. Fare 3 piani con le valigie non è semplice. Non c'è nessuno che ti aiuti. L'entrata nel residence dal parcheggio non ha luci, la sera non fa piacere entrare al buio. Gli attrezzi per pulire l'appartamento non sono sufficienti.

La posizione e arredamento

La mancanza di una macchina caffe' italiana. In realtà era tedesca ma non era specificato nell'annuncio. La mancanza di un minimo di detersivo,spugnette cucina ( era presente una usata e indecente), scottex per la cucina, pinze per lo stendibiancheria presente Forno a microonde sporco. Piumone da letto macchiato in molti punti. Prezzo a notte € 288 un po' eccessivo viste le diverse mancanze. All'arrivo come avviene in molti residence trovare una bottiglia d'acqua. Lasciare l'appartamento alle 9 del mattino quando il check in viene fatto alle 16. Un orario giusto sarebbe lasciare l'appartamento entro le 10. Piccole cose che hanno un costo di pochi euro ma che danno la differenza visto cio' che si paga .

Za rozumné pěníze velmi dobré ubytování.

Prostředí, velikost pokoje, velmi dobré vybavení. Velké parkoviště a soukromé staní. Bezabariérový přístup. V okolí velký výběr obchodů a restaurací. Výhled na hory a kousek od hotelu možnost lanovky. Velmi kousek je i vlakové nádraží.

Rošt u jedné postelé byl prasklý a kolega málem propadl do postele. Pomalý internet. V našem přípádě ubytování ve třetím patře. Bylo velmi nepříjemné tahat veškeré batožiny a kufry nahoru. Staré spotřebiče, dost opotřebované.

Appartamento Comodo nel Centro di San Candido

LA POSIZIONE, PROPRIO ALLA FINE DELLA ZONA PEDONALE _ IL PARCHEGGIO, COMODO, PROPRIO SOTTO L'EDIFICIO _ APPARTAMENTO AMPIO, BAGNO GRANDE, CUCINA UTILIZZABILE X FARE DA MANGIARE _ NON LONTANO DALLE PISTE _ Ristorante Pizzeria nello stesso edificio, comodo x mangiare, se non si cena in casa.

Non facile arrivare infine nell'appartamento, se si arriva con il buio. Ma non avendo alternative, siamo arrivati alle 20. C'e' un numero x le necessita' urgenti, ma si puo'chiedere aiuto anche nel Ristorante Miramonti sottostante.

Ubytovani je asi 5min chuze od svahu, ktery je idealni na uceni lyzovani. 10min do obchodu, 10 min na bazen, vse pesky. Apartman je dobre vybaveny, nadobi bylo pro 4 lidi dost. Wifi fungovala.
