Lovely chalet at the feet of the slopes
Beautiful location at a few minutes' walk to the slopes, with a view on the stunning mountains, peaceful river and lovely pedestrian street. Very cosy and comfortable flat, nicely decorated, and well equipped. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back!
We didn't receive the instructions to enter the flat, which was very annoying upon arrival with children at 9m. And when we eventually had access, we were given the wrong keys!

I would definitely recommend this place.
Excellent location in the center, very close to the bus station for skiing in 3 Zinnen/Sexten, and about a 500 m walk to San Candido ski lift. The apartment was well equipped and clean. The lady at the reception desk was very kind and helpful.
Upon arrival there was heavy snow, and although a staff member was present and clearing the parking area, he did not clear the parking space assigned to us. This made parking difficult and caused problems when leaving. The third bed in one of our appartments was very uncomfortable and bearly suitable for sleeping.

A beautiful town
We were on the first floor next to the river with great views of the mountains. Not having an elevator mad life difficult with lufgage.Close to the old town, about 150 metre walk. A lovely friendly town with a great 2 level Eurospar shopping, our favourite shop! San Candido is a lovely town. We also loved the Dolomites.
The apartment was ok, but it seemed dated. It would have been good to have some water and ice blocks in the fridge for when we arrived. You are essentially booking and working with a real estate agent, lots of rules and regulations which our neighbours across from us didn't seem to know about. We are from Australia, so if you have dealt with strata type people, you will know what to expect, somewhat impersonal. The available parking was a little hard to find and cramped, but convenient to our apartment.

The Appartement are PERFECTLY situated next to the beautiful and cosy city of San Candido with the Luxury of the back parking space . The appartement was ideal , everything was plan and thought off ( even had 2 pods for laundry and dishes) . Personnal very pleasant and greeting. Would 100% recommend !
The fact that for the money We pay , We didn’t had an extra room for our two Daughters making very difficult my departure and return from my photo shooting.

Staff was very kind but unfortunately the place lacked of simple basic essentials.
Good location and great view of the mountains.
4 floors of stairs with big luggages was a bit of a chore. One of the bedroom’s bed wasn’t made at our arrival (not sure of the reason )not any toiletries at all in the bathroom and had to ask for toilet paper ! WiFI didn’t work well at all nor the tv.

 I liked the balcony view,  and the option to do your own laundry  with a private wash machine .
