    I'm booked with room with window when I arrive they already gave to someone who already stay one night before to stay one more night at the same bed. I had to stay with room with no Window. It's not the proper way to treat people like that

    The hotel has a good location, as it is close to restaurants and a night market, which is very convenient. However, I was very disappointed with the condition of the room. The room was smelly and dirty, and I even found cigarette butts behind the curtain. The TV was also not working. Overall, the room was not properly maintained and the cleanliness was below my expectations. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and improve the cleanliness and facilities.
