It’s clean and good location

It’s an old building and you can really hear everyone else. The other guests were kind but it was so hard to sleep because you can literally hear them talking through the walls and door. The staff are also pretty rude and communication was poor. The door locks absolutely suck and it took ages to get in.

Worst experience with renter - EVER

Nothing at all

The renter cancelled my stay at 16:00 on the day of arrival. "No problem - full refunding", he said. OMG, does he realize what a position he put me in? Already in town, now with no place to sleep and in a terrible position to find alternative sleepever (last minute reservations are terribly expensive). The messages from renter offered full 24/7 response on telehone and whatsapp, but there was no reply to anyhing. NEVER EVER trust this host. I hope booking.com will kick them out.

Worst host ever

I would say the price was nice, but the headache made it not worth it.

The host confirmed the stay and check-in time a week in advance. But at 00:16 the day of arrival, the host wrote to ask me to cancel, because of a "pricing error". When I refused, host asked me to give him 400kr personally. After much discussion with the host, and with the time for my check-in approaching, I had to ask the host for the code to the door. To which the host answered, that he had to ask another guest to cancel, so that I could keep my room (???) Over two hours later, I finally received the codes for the door - but they didn't work. I tried calling the host (on the number he provided, stating he would be "always reachable") but it went straight to voicemail. So i had to call customer service and wait half an hour for them to contact the host. An hour later, the code finally worked, and I could enter the apartment. Only to find out that what was listed as "The entire place is yours" was a total lie. It was a shared apartment with a private room. Nowhere on the listing was it mentioned that the kitchen was shared (and only contained one (1) cup). And only if you dig deep into the facilities, you'd find "shared bathroom". After I had stayed there one night, the host wrote AGAIN to ask for more money, because he apparently had to cancel other guests, so I could stay there. When I refused, and contacted customer service, he threatened to kick me out, and wrote: "don't contact booking for further problems." On top of all that, both the bathroom and kitchen were dirty, and the floor seemed to not have been washed for a long time. There was a leftover McDonalds box under the bed.
