Nice two room flat 6 min. walk from riverfront, where there are many restaurents and big market (15 min walk from the flat). There is a concierge at the entrance that opens the outside door for you. Bus stop on the corner with buses every 5-10 min. and a amall super market on the same corner on the other side of Av. Pres. Vargas. Aircon as we know it from the good old days, but we used instead to open windiws at night. At 7th floor there is a breeze and I only met one musquito during ten days. Also a kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, airfryer, drinking water from a small tank, and a good fridge. For washing, it is nice with a cool shower as Belem is hot the year round.
The host is not nearby, but she answers quickly via Whatsapp to help solving problems.
