The apartment is renovated with new furniture and equipped with many amenities. It 'provides a parking space.

bathroom, satellite TV, terrace, parking space.
The apartment is equipped with coffee maker, toaster, iron, ironing board, dishwasher, oven, frizzer safe and armored door.
The price includes: water, electricity, parking.
Final cleaning of you pay extra € 35.00 and also heating you have to pay extra.
The city tax is excluded.
The house is located in Malcesine, on Lake Garda,
in a quiet location about 500 meters from the historic center and 550 from the beach,
400 meters from the new cable car of Monte Baldo (1750 mt.) and sports centers.
For 2 or 3 people on daily price shall be reduced proportionately.

The keys are collected from the residence VILLA FLOWERS Via Navene Vecchia 14 in Malcesine (right next to another of the cable car). Then we will accompany you to the apartment and I'll show you.

This spacious apartment has a beautiful view of Lago Garda and the Malcesine castle. Paolo is sure nice , very communicative, and responsive to any questions or needs. The apartment is a short walk downhill to many lovely restaurants (we enjoyed Tratorria Scaligeri) and an invigorating walk back up. If you plan to cook dinner in the apartment so that you can eat on the deck overlooking the lake, be sure to check the kitchen for staples such as oil and vinegar. Overall we loved our stay in this apartment and in Malcesine.

Traumsicht auf den See, der den Aufstieg zur Wohnung klar entschädigt (einige Höhenmeter). Sehr gepflegt Wohnung mit guter Ausstrahlung, tolle Terrasse. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter.

Toller Blick auf den Gardasee. Sehr nette Vermieter. Beschreibung stimmt mit Örtlichkeit überein. Ferienwohnung kann uneingeschränkt weiterempfohlen werden.

Wir hatten wunderschöne 14 Tage an einem wunderschönen Ort in einer für uns optimalen Location mit herrlichem Ausblick vom Wohn- und Terrassenbereich - alles war im Grunde stimmig - sehr nette Vermieter - Der erste Eindruck entsprach genau der Darstellung im Internet.
Die Austattung war reichhaltig - uns fehlte es an nichts - obwohl ohne Klimatisierung war das Raumklima aufgrund der optimalen Beschattungsmöglichkeit eigentlich recht angenehm - der steile Aufstieg vom Ortskern bis zur Wohnung ist fußläufig der Preis für die schöne Wohnlage
"Ein bisschen Sport muss sein" Abschließend gesagt : Für 3- 4 Personen wirklich empfehlenswert Regina + Thomas mit Kijano im Aug 19
