B and G Haven

Staff was extremely friendly. Comfy and warm beds. Stunning views from the balcony to the pool. Place clean. I informed the staff that my group and zi will be leaving way before check out time. At 5am they were awake already. Enjoyed my short stay B and G haven.

The sink drain in bird view was slightly blocked.

Everything, property was beautiful and well looked after. Had everything we needed. The beds comfortable and the water hot. Greatly recommend this as stay over

Central and clean It had a microwave. It had a massive bed, plus another two beds in the room.

No remote for the gate, we had to wait for someone to open for us to get in and out. That wasn’t great at 10pm. We rang the bell, we called the number on the sign at the gate, it was not in use. We eventually had to hoot, which I don’t like doing, because it is rude, and also disturbs the neighbours unnecessarily. They then opened the gate. The room was a bit sparse. There was only one cup, plate and glass in the room, even though there were two people. When it appeared that a staff member went home, closer to 11pm, they literally were standing outside speaking very loudly (shouting) at their colleague in reception. That was a little disruptive, and should not happen. They then left with their vehicle.

Property looks good outside and fairly comfortable. Looks like it changed hands recently and the standard of maintenance has started to decline.

Bathrooms were very poor, old and didn’t seem like they had been regularly cleaned. The intercom did not work + they did It give me a key to come in and out as I pleased wanted ,You had to call some one to open up for you every time you come in which was a big inconvenience No room service ok one occasion.
