Staff were largely excellent — friendly, professional, and hardworking, often going above and beyond even after their 9-hour shifts ended Specially Sachin Thakur. Guest satisfaction is clearly their top priority, and it shows in every interaction.

My room on the 4th floor was spacious, clean, and well-furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable Blackout curtains were a blessing. However, and the bathroom grout around the shower tiles looked like it needed some attention. Minor issues, but noticeable for the price point.

As someone staying in a girls’ dormitory for the very first time, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Safety was my biggest concern going in — and I’m genuinely relieved to say those worries were put to rest quickly. The dorm has restricted entry for male visitors, CCTV coverage in all common areas and corridors, secure key access, and I never once felt unsafe or uncomfortable during my en stay.

Good Stay, But Room Allocation Needs Improvement
The rooms were good, clean and well maintained, and the property had good security and locker facilities. The common room was also comfortable and had relatively less nuisance, which made the overall stay pleasant.
However, we had booked together for four people but were initially given separate rooms. Getting the rooms changed took almost two days, which was quite inconvenient, especially since we had specifically booked together.
Another downside is that some basic amenities are available only on a rental basis, which I feel is not ideal for a hostel. These could reasonably be included as part of the stay.
Overall, the property itself is good, but the room allocation process and additional charges for basic amenities could definitely be improved.
