Der Empfang durch den Eigentümer war sehr freundlich, mit Willkommens- Süßigkeiten und - Wein. Die Lage ist herausragend, das Haus steht recht hoch, man hat einen weiten Blick. Von dort aus sind viele schöne Stellen kurz zu erreichen (ca. 40 min nach Stockholm) Aufenthaltsqualität auf den Terrassen hervorragend Natur, Ruhe und Sonnenuntergänge.
Das Haus und Grundstück ist recht abgewohnt und ungepflegt, drinnen der Staub der Jahre, draußen Unkraut auf den Wegen, die Holzgartenmöbel mit Flechten überwachsen, der Tisch verzogen. Geschirr und Küche dreckig (bis auf den Kühlschrank). Eine Terrassentür nicht fertig eingebaut und nicht benutzbar, schöne Regendusche im Nebenhaus, die leider so verkalkt war, dass sie nicht funktionierte.
