Location, it was comfortable and clean. Also communication and admin stuff was quick and smooth.
If you have noisy neighbors, you may be disturbed.

Gute Lage, 2 Haltestellen des ÖPNV in der Nähe,
Tee und Kaffee für den Anfang vorhanden (evtl. vom Vorgänger?), unkomplizierter Check-in und - out via Schlüsselsafe.
Keine Haken im Bad (wo soll man Handtücher aufhängen?), kein Bodenabzieher (Badboden ist nach dem Duschen nass, da keine Duschtüre oder - Vorhang), keine Möglichkeit etwas zu kochen (nur Mikrowelle), sehr hellhörig

The studio is overall modern and has a good bus connection to Tromso and the airport right in front. Also telegrafbukta is just around the corner which is very nice for a little walk.
The house is unfortunately very loud. In the apartment above, the washing machine was not adjusted well and was jumping around and we literally felt like the house would collapse. It was extremely loud at those times to the point that you could hardly speak to each other, let alone sleep. We offered our help in adjusting the machine to the neighbours but they seemed pretty outnerved by it as well and said they had tried fixing it to no avail. Also there were some problems with the cleanliness with hair in the apartment... I told the management about both points and got the response of "Thank you for the feedback, that's really worth looking at. Hope you still enjoy your stay despite these inconveniences". You might have as well written "yeah well, that sucks, but we won't do anything about that, so just leave us alone". We will for sure in the future. The fact that this accomodation was by far the most expensive one during our two-week Norway holiday does not make things better. You should really work on some of those things, especially having someone to fix problems on premise or at least offer some compensation. Instead what you get is a customer service that feels like an AI chatbot. 0 points for the troubleshooting.
