Hot water was hot (but low water pressure) and air conditioner is new model gets very cold if you choose 😊 Also daily motorbike rentals on the property (no deposit needed)😃
Not a complaint, just a note: The bed sheets, blankets and pillows new, soft and comfy, BUT the bed itself also new, was more on the firm side. (I think because the local owner family that live on the property like to take naps on the hard floor in their apartment so they naturally chose more firmer bed mattresses, their not super firm but definitely on the firm side)

From that place you can call a moto with Grab to see the red sand dunes or take bus n•1 to the fairy tale cañon
Very close to the Futa bus station linking Mui Ne to Ho chi minh
It is not linked to the hotel but the seashore is the worst in my whole life: huge amounts of plastic rubbish . The city of Mui Ne must do something !!!!
