The hot water shower was excellent. One of the cleanest pools we have been in
Towels where fluffy and nice clean.
Jug didn't switch off, housekeeping didn't service our room (apparently you have to tell reception you want housekeeping) But when we asked for fresh towels they were delivered straight away.
