The location and the view is great. Despite being on a main road, we didn't really notice the traffic noise. Great to wake up and look out and the Solent. Well equipped kitchen and off street parking behind a lockable gate

We requested a travel cot and a high chair which the website said was available, when we arrived at 5 we noticed neither were here. We spoke to the management company who said they could bring one Sunday which they did, but there was no safe place for my baby to sleep so we had to go to Argos and buy one which I am yet to be compensated for. The cleaner was great when she arrived with them, but the host had clearly advertised services which weren't really available which made the first days of our holiday stressful. There were also exposed wires hanging out the wall where it appears they're part way through a renovation, which was scary as we had no way of checking if these were live and they were at grab level for my 3 year old. There were also doors without latches, so not all the doors closed The curtains also haven't yet been hung, and the shutters let a lot of light in from the streetlights and cars, may be an issue in summer as well. Don't get me wrong, this is a stunning comfortable house, but the above should have been addressed before renting it out, and should only take a few hour to address the latter points.
