Cairo Crystal Hotel

Thank you very much for everything! wonderful hotel, the staff is impeccable, they are personally and individually interested in the stay, in an excellent location and easy access to transportation! we highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Cairo!

We were very satisfied with our stay at the hotel! It is located on a central road, quite close to the city center, and we always felt safe. The service was amazing,all the staff were very kind and welcoming!☺️ Some days we had a very demanding schedule, and they immediately accommodated us by changing the breakfast time for us. Ahmad from the reception helped us a lot with everything we needed, both regarding the hotel and our visit around Cairo, and communication was excellent, he replied immediately to messages and phone calls!

Very few things I liked. Room was good. Staffs are very friendly. Located at the Main Street. WiFi. That’s all.

This is a long list - hotel is on 4th floor of an age old building. Lift is full of bad odours. Lift doesn’t work properly. I had to take filthy stairs too. Shower is just a glass covered area inside the room which is semi transparent. Breakfast is very very basic with just omelette, Egyptian bread, some fruit and coffee. No restaurant. You need to order food from outside. It is not a proper hotel. Please avoid.
