There are a lot more positive things than negative. That being said the living room furniture was severely stained. We thought flipping the barrel chair cushions over but that side was worse. The bedspread was stained with something red "yuck". My wife washed it and put it on the couch so we at least had that to sit on.
I've seen fishing and hunting camps cleaner. Seriously disappointed that such a bright, nice, newer property was not presented accordingly. Neiborehood sketchy, had a 10:30 pm banging on our door.
