The quiet location with the creek in the back was great! The accommodations were VERY comfortable and roomy. Everyone found fun things to do (game room, cards, TV, etc.) We hadn't seen fireflies in a LONG time as they don't exist in Florida where we're from. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had.
The lower level was very cold. I'm not sure how you resolve this short of creating a separate cooling / heating zone from the main level with its own thermostat. It was great for sleeping and if you were actively moving around but a bit cold for anything sedentary.
