Bright & Cozy 3Bd Brooklyn Getaway

We had a lovely stay here in this well appointed apartment. It had everything we needed including shower gel and laundry liquid. Having a washing machine and dryer was a big plus. Also great to have a tv in each bedroom. The kitchen had everything and was spotless.

I couldn’t get the air conditioning to work despite watching the video instructions. When I foolishly locked the door incorrectly on my first night it took over 30 minutes on the phone to get resolution and access to the apartment. Given the solution was a lock box code that could have been given in two minutes, I don’t know why we had to go through such a lengthy process on a call with someone saying she had to call someone else who she couldn’t reach. Just seems like there could be better communication across the property managers for issues like this. I had my elderly mom trapped outside with me and it was a difficult end to the night. Please think carefully about your access needs since this is on the third floor and is a walk up which can be hard if you have large suitcases.

Curtains in two back rooms are very see-through, morning light can wake you

Pulita, ordinata spaziosa per 5 persone, apprezzata anche l’acqua che ci hanno fatto trovare. Collegato bene con la metro sotto casa.

Niente. (Non c’è ascensore ma già ci avevano avvisato reminder per le persone anziane)
