Sofea Homestay Raban Lake

All air-conditioning units were functioning very well. The location was excellent, being very close to Tasik Raban Resort, as well as nearby shops and restaurants. Overall, the location was very convenient for guests.

The homestay was disappointing in terms of facilities, cleanliness, and basic amenities. 1.No internet/Wi-Fi was provided. 2.The refrigerator was not functioning. 3.The bathroom was not properly cleaned and had spiders and centipedes. 4.Cockroaches were found in the kitchen. The towels provided were insufficient for the number of guests. 5.No complimentary tea, coffee, or sugar was provided. 6.A bra was found left behind in the room, which suggests that the room may not have been thoroughly checked and cleaned before our arrival.
