Beautiful property in Donaghadee - book for special treat!

Outside space was excellent . Decor beautiful and loved the property. There was printed towels and cups etc which felt unique and special: great for Instagram photos etc - the hot tub and pool table sauna etc where amazing !

Too many messages - booking.com and the owners were sending messages about deposits and leaving the premises etc . Outside was slippery underfoot / the wooden steps only.

Nice ,fresh, funky , fun and relaxing house to stay in

We loved the fresh and funky design and the games room and everything in it . We had an amazing time . Even though it was freezing and raining the games room had a heating light so you stay nice and warm We loved the gift basket with all local products (support the locals).We stayed in a lot of houses but this one is definitely in our top 10 .

An absolute ball of a time was had with friends and family bringing in the New Year in the amazing Secret Garden, Donaghadee ... everything you can think of has been put into this accommodation.. you will not be disappointed... hottub, pool table, sauna, cinema room, lovely bedrooms, great space, not to mention the lovely hamper of goodies!!!! Get her booked.... well worth a visit... you'll love it!!! xx

The most beautiful setting in a lovely seaside village 10/10 all round!

The perfect getaway right in the heart of Donaghadee. The list is endless, from the beautiful scent as you walk through the door to exploring the outdoor area with hot tub and sauna, then enjoying the benefits of a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor kitchen area. Comfortable spacious bedrooms and cosy living spaces for relaxing. We loved it all!

Everything! Absolutely gorgeous property, finished to an exceptionally high standard. The hosts had thought of everything with lots of extra wee details and finishing touches.

Amazing house for a weekend stay!!’

We were a group of girls and absolutely loved our stay here. From the moment we arrived, the house felt so warm and welcoming. The bed was incredibly comfortable ! honestly one of the best sleeps I’ve had away from home. The decor was something really special, with different themes throughout the house, which made it feel so unique . Unfortunately, we didn’t get enough time to enjoy everything properly, but the location is brilliant just a few minutes from the coast and right in town, so everything is close by. We also had an amazing breakfast just a few steps away from the place absolutely delicious and such a bonus to have it so close. Also we had an Indian! Literally 20 seconds from the place which was really tasty! The little pamper treats left for us were such a lovely surprise and a really thoughtful touch. Made me feel well looked after. The hot tub and sauna were definitely a highlight once we were in there, it didn’t feel like we were in town at all. It felt like a peaceful little retreat and was perfect for a girls’ getaway. Communication with the owner was great from start to finish, which made everything so easy. I never usually leave reviews, but I highly recommend this place you won’t regret it!

Absolutely everything about this place was of the highest standard.The pictures don't do it justice,you have to see it to believe it.It was luxurious,unique,homely and abit of nostalgia was incorporated from days gone by. Everything is within a short walking distance but honestly we didn't leave the house because it has everything in it and much more than you would need.We went for our youngest sons birthday and it entertained us all from a 1 year old up to the adults. We've never slept in beds like it,so so comfortable.It also accommodates for are beautiful northern ireland weather.It rained solid for 2 day's but between the hot tub,sauna,cinema,arcade games,pool and just relaxing in the house we barely noticed that it was raining. The host William was amazing.The Kane's have thought of everything and more that their guests would need.A luxurious hamper with all local produce from fudge to local gin. I could not praise this property high enough.The best house we've ever stayed in of the 20 years booking in county down.

Absolutely fabulous

This stay was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We arrived and got parked right outside. The house is decorated to an incredibly high standard and was absolutely spotless. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with high quality kitchen wares, a keurig coffee machine and a great selection of pods. The welcome hamper was very thoughtful and generous and thoroughly enjoyed by us all. The beds were extremely comfortable with excellent quality linens, pillows and mattresses. The bathroom was stunning and again, towels and toiletries were luxurious. Branded robes were provided which we all made good use of. The highlight of our stay, however, was the private garden room with hot tub, sauna, arcade games and pool table etc. We stayed in the hot tub for hours while projecting our favorite music videos on the wall. I can't fault anything about this house. The hosts communicated very well with us and could not do enough. Last but not least, what a location! So many fabulous bars, restaurants and cafes as well as beautiful walks. The local people were so friendly and welcoming. In the Tivoli Bar, two people at the bar helped us get seats and in Pier 36 a very kind couple moved to a smaller table, offering us the larger one. Before heading home on Sunday, we had a delicious lunch in Grace Neills (about 4 doors down from the house.) Our waiter Johnny took good care of us and was very interesting to chat to. This was our first time in Donaghadee and we can't wait to go back and stay in this little gem of a house. Thank you for everything William and Carrie
