The place itself is modern and aesthetically pleasing, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. They provide kitchen/cooking utensils .

However, the main issue we experienced was the location of the unit on the 4th floor with no elevator available. Guests have to use the stairs, which made it very challenging for us—especially since we had four senior members in our group (aged 65 to 75). Even for me, in my 50s, going up and down the stairs was quite exhausting and made it difficult to catch my breath. Because of this, we would not recommend this place for elderly guests or anyone who may have difficulty using stairs.

Manager Kim is a friendly and approachable individual, always willing to assist with any concerns or questions. During our visit, we faced several issues related to the cleanliness and arrangement of the space. He responded promptly, addressing each problem efficiently and professionally.

The pans provided were rusty and old, though Kim replaced them with good stainless steel pans after we brought it to his attention. - Bathroom Amenities: The lack of soap and shampoo made maintaining hygiene difficult. Towels provided were dirty white and appeared stained. - Dirty Trash Barrels: Unemptied and unclean trash bins contributed to an unpleasant environment and odor. - Maintenance Problems: A leaking bidet on the second floor posed a risk of more serious plumbing issues if not repaired promptly. - Odor and Ventilation: The hallway had a persistent foul smell, suggesting poor ventilation and air circulation throughout the property. - Unclean Fridge: The refrigerator was sticky, covered in food spills, and seemingly hadn't been cleaned recently, raising concerns about food safety. - Missing Amenities: No blower or hair dryer was available, despite being listed as included among the amenities.
