CAMY Apartment is a welcoming holiday apartment located in the heart of Tortolì’s historic centre, ideal for guests who want to enjoy a stay in Ogliastra while combining the convenience of being in town with easy access to some of the most beautiful beaches on Sardinia’s eastern coast.
Located on the second floor, the apartment features two bedrooms and is well suited to families, couples or small groups. Shops, cafés, restaurants and Tortolì’s summer pedestrian area are all within easy walking distance, making it a great location for an evening stroll.
The beaches of Lido di Orrì and the Gulf of Arbatax are only a short drive away, at approximately 2.5 km from the apartment.
The bright and functional living area includes a lounge with sofa and TV, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchenette with hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, crockery and everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals independently.
The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with wrought-iron bed, wardrobe and bedside tables, as well as a second bedroom with bunk beds and wardrobe, making it especially convenient for families with children.
The bathroom is equipped with washbasin, toilet, bidet and shower enclosure.
One of the most pleasant features of CAMY Apartment is the covered wooden veranda, furnished with a table and chairs: a private space where guests can enjoy breakfast outdoors or relax after a day at the beach.
For maximum comfort throughout the year, each room has its own independent air-conditioning and heat-pump system. The apartment also includes a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and vacuum cleaner.
Guests also have access to a reserved covered parking space inside a private garage, a particularly useful convenience during the summer months.
CAMY Apartment is an excellent base for discovering Ogliastra: from the long sandy beaches of Lido di Orrì to the coves around Arbatax and unforgettable excursions through the beautiful Gulf of Orosei.
