Great location in the center of a small hamlet next to the church. The hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. The house looked small but was spacious inside. It had 2 nice bedrooms and a roomy bathroom upstairs and a combo living/dining/kitchen downstairs. There were extra items in the kitchen such as coffeepads/teabags/ dishwashing tablets etc. It also had a nice garden in front of the property with garden chairs etc; unfortunately the weather wasn't too good so we didn't use it. We enjoyed our stay at Haspengouw and hope to return in the future.

We loved the great atmosphere of this beautifully furnished historic building and the fantastic rural landscape just in walking distance. There is also plenty of cultural things to do within about half an hour driving distance. The kind landlords have prepared a selection of maps and information about hiking routes and interesting sites.
