Siauras įvažiavimas į kiemą, tinkantis tik lengvajam automobiliui. Mažoka indų, pvz dubeneliu ar giliu indu salotoms.

Das Haus ist gepflegt und gut in schuss. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht inkl. Klimaanlage in jedem Raum.
Der Parkplatz ist für grössere Autos zu eng, es gibt keine Möglichkeit zum wenden.

La villa estaba recientemente reformada, en una ubicación alejada de la playa pero que disponía de parking frente a la casa.
Que había ratones, nunca me había pasado, y ver ratones correr en número importante por la puerta delante de la casa me generaba miedo a abrir puertas o ventanas y que seguro habían entrado.
