There were no serious disadvantages. Everything matched the description and expectations.

It is city center
On my first few days of stay, elevator was unavailable mind you this is on a 9th floor. Expect building problem since this is an old one. One big tip, check everything before settling down, like what i did, a leak at the toilet, missing Clothing Iron, TV was was not working and small things, best take photos and videos so that you can report this matter to the property manager, if your are a small person this apartment will do well for you but for a 175cm guy like me, the bed and the sofa bed will feel small for you, bath area is also small, kitchen doesn't have a stove only microwave and water cooker. Again if you book for this apartment. please document everything and report it to the property manager. if you have work, wifi is also unreliable. slow and intermittent. Dirty hallways.
