Localização excelente, quarto amplo e com cozinha completa; estadia razoável na cidade, prescinde de alguns detalhes para tornar a experiência marcante. Contudo detalhes para elevar o nível.
Dois pontos negativos da estadia, falta de Wifi e TV Smart e ventilador barulhento; detalhes que exigem pouco investimento e poderiam elevar o nível do local.

A localização é boa. O espaço é amplo e espaçoso.
O flat não tinha ventilador (país tropical, ventilador não é luxo), no banheiro tinha resto de sabonete usado por outra pessoa (ainda bem que levei o meu), muito barulho vindo da rua à noite, o espaço não tem janela e, principalmente, a relação interpessoal com o dono foi horrível: não tem boa vontade de resolver nada, chegou a desligar o celular para eu não perguntar nada mais. Este foi o pior lugar onde já fiquei. Não volto.
