Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. War noch nicht ganz renoviert. Elektrotechnik hat noch nicht alles gepasst. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten.

The apartment is great and Marius was a great host. He was available for questions during our whole stay and he sure tries to make his guests feel as comfortable as possible. The apartment has a cot and even childrens books and games! The kitchen was convenient for cooking meals.
There are a few small perks that can help young families staying in the apartment: a mattress for the cot, a high chair, a gate for the stairs.

Very cozy apartments in a calm neighborhood, close to the bus stop! Marius, the host is very polite and willing to help! He has personally met us, explained everything we need and provided with good recommendations. I would love to come back again!
P.s. before we arrived Marius aired all the rooms and heated the apartments to make it even more comfortable

Location was quiet, but still close to restaurants and good facilities for families. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Lots to do at Lake Constance. Excellent for family cycling trips. Good public transport. Unterulhdingen is less touristy than other towns and therefore suited us. Stunning views of Alps on a clear day.
Recycling very confusing for non German.. More popular local towns get busy for cars and parking is expensive.
