Very clean, small apartment in a townhouse with easy parking. A 10-minute walk to the centre of Menfi. New furniture, a comfortable bed, and a high-standard bathroom.
It’s a bit awkward that the bedroom has a door leading to the inner courtyard instead of a window, but that’s not really a problem; the lock and shutters are in good working order.
