Had to ask forTV remote(wasn't provided).Our reservation was miss handled on arrival.Confusion of my name, given wrong key for room due to wrong name.It was rather embarrassing being treated as someone else staying there?Room was too small,maybe take single bed out.One single toilet for 8 to 10 rooms is little inconvenient.Checking out was leaning room card next to cash register.No employee was around? It was difficult to keep cool head, but thanks for having us anyway..
