The unit is comfortable, clean, and very relaxing. The location is excellent just walking distance to SM Southmall, which makes shopping and dining very convenient. The owner is also responsive and easy to communicate with.
No toilet paper was provided. Cooking is not allowed and there are no cooking utensils available, so it’s not ideal for guests who prefer to prepare their own meals.

This apartment's location is prime as it sits behind a mall (SM Southmall), with access to the main roads relatively easy. The mall provides with access to necessities if needed. While the apartment is small for a family of 3 but cozy enough for a comfortable stay, since we are mostly out with family and friends then the size is not much of an issue.

Everything. The owner was very easy to communicate with - also helped us with organising transport from the airport to the accommodation. Location is amazing, literally right across the road from SM Southmall and walking distance to everything else. The apartment itself is great and also not to mention the swimming pools.

There were no toilet papers or towels. Also there was only 1 sheet that was extremely thin. Nothing major :))))) considering the price we paid for!!!
