    We stayed at the Bellagio hotel for 4 nights and overall had a positive experience, despite a small issue at the beginning. I informed the hotel in advance that we would be arriving late (around 1-2 AM), and they confirmed that this information was noted and that they would be expecting us. The booking was made through Agoda at a better rate than on the hotel’s official website and other platforms like Booking.com, and it was fully prepaid. Upon arrival, there was a misunderstanding and our room had been given to other guests. However, the manager quickly stepped in and helped resolve the situation. We were provided with a temporary room for the first night, and the next day we were given our originally booked room. After that, everything went smoothly: the room was comfortable and the service was good. We would like to thank the staff for their prompt response and efforts to resolve the issue. Overall, this is a good hotel with a helpful team, and we can recommend it. 🤝🏽
