El balcón ,la zona y la cama era muy cómoda. El detalle que tuvieron con nuestro perro😄 En general el apartamento estaba muy bien 😊

Unfortunately, there were many disappointments. The windows cannot be opened as they are covered with film, so there is no view at all. Because of this, you feel like staying in a basement. All photos online showed normal windows, but in reality we were given an apartment on the ground floor, right at street level. Instead of a welcome gift, we found an already opened and consumed package, with trash left inside. Nobody apologized or replaced it. This is unacceptable — the first impression when you arrive should never be seeing leftovers from previous guests. The online check-in process was a complete failure: it was inconvenient and they demanded a selfie, which is not legally required. While on the road to the apartment, I had to stop and take a selfie just so my booking would not be cancelled, even though there is staff in the building. Inside the apartment it was very cold, and the air conditioning only worked for cooling, not heating. We were only given an extra blanket. The refrigerator was extremely noisy, and the washing machine was installed incorrectly — it shook and made a lot of noise during use. Overall, despite some positives, the experience was very disappointing.
