Locatia este foarte buna, raportul pret-calitate este reflectat in pret, personalul este deosebit de saritor la nevoie ( am avut o problema financiara in sensul ca mi-au fost luati banii de cazere din doua parti prin Booking, iar personalul hotelului a rezolvat imediat situatia).
Curatenia poate fi mai bine facuta, ar trebui ca patronii hotelului sa mai aduca imbunatatiri ( mocheta noua/ bai mai renovate), micul dejun e ok, dar se poate mai bine ( cu referinta directa la fetele de masa ) :(

Am fost aproape de Festivalul INIMO. Au acceptat ca bagajul sa ramana pana seara cand am plecat la gara...fara costuri suplimentare! Liftul ne-a ajutat sa ajungem mai repede in camera.
Lispa interes pentru oaspete...am anuntat la receptie, niciun interes... Am fost doua persoane(eu si copilul) am avut prosoape doar pentru o persoana...care miroseau foarte urat. Cabina de dus defecta. In camera paianjeni, mocheta murdata, perdelele miroseau a praf...demult nu au fost spalate. Lisa de investitii in hotel, in camera unde am stat noi...Pe hol totul arata impecabil. Chiveta de la baie crapata... Lipsa sapun in dispozitive...chiar daca dormi o noapte, trebuie sa ai confort...pentru igiena personala, mai ales ca ai oaspete si un copil.
