Tutto perfetto, posizione top, proprietari gentili e tutto pulito e sistemato con gusto, abbastanza luminosa e letto comodissimo

Niente di sostanziale, forse la strada un po’trafficata

Struttura a 5 minuti a piedi del centro di Palermo (Teatro Massimo), dotata con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. In zona ci sono diversi ristoranti e bar e anche diversi supermercati. Camera spaziosa con utile cucinino. Tutto molto pulito. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e ci è venuto in contro in tutte le richieste e ci ha anche lasciato prodotti per la colazione. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Totalmente consigliata!

Czysto i schludnie, blisko centrum.

Clean and comfortable with a well outfitted kitchen. We found many things that seem to be hard to come by in apartments, such as a kettle (best kettle ever!), spatula, and a microwave. The bedding was clean as was the rest of the apartment. The heater worked very well and kept the apartment nice and warm in the winter. The hosts were kind people. The location was good, close to the centre of Palermo.

The kitchen was very tiny, but functional The water pump made a loud squealing noise every time the taps or shower or toilet were activated. Although this is not a reflection of the apartment itself, future guests should know about the parking situation. The apartment is advertised with free on-site parking. To me, this is not the same thing as street parking. But street parking is what you get. After spending five days in Palermo, I think that the street this apartment is located on may very well be the busiest street in all of Palermo. It can be extremely difficult to find parking on this street and several times we had to circle around several times before we could find a spot. The other problem is that cars are double and triple parked all along the street so when you leave your apartment, you never know if your car is going to be blocked in as happened to us. (Picture of triple parked cars outside apartment). A man was outside honking his horn for well over an hour trying to get his car out at one point. We ended up parking underground at a nearby location as it was much less stressful. That came at a high cost, however.
