Great location, beautiful, calm, spacious and very modern
Location 10/10 Comfort 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Literally everything worth seeing is within walking distance. Owners mum came to meet me, a very charming lady. Just to say a few things; it's a very modern apartment, bed super comfy it felt brand new, a wonderful spacious rainfall shower, a Smeg kettle, a huge balcony and a flat screen TV. All in all it was a great stay! Definitely worth every penny and more, AND you are a stones throw from Beausoleil, with more incredible views!!
To be honest I wish Monaco had a few clearer street signs but that's not related to the property obviously. I'm racking my mind but I can't think of one thing if anything it exceeded my expectations.

L'immeuble est bien placé. Tout est facile d'accès avec des escaliers, des ascenseurs et ligne de bus. De plus, la propriétaire est accessible uniquement sur les réseaux sociaux, mais répond immédiatement aux questions. Le studio est très confortable.
La propriétaire possède deux ou trois appartements. Un studio de 25 m² et un de 58 m² et ?. Attention lorsque vous choisissez le 58 m² de ne pas vous retrouver comme moi dans le 25 m² au prix du plus grand. Prenez une preuve genre photo ou capture d'écran avant de payer sur Booking. La façade du bâtiment tombe en ruine. Le contact physique pour la remise des clefs se fait uniquement avec une dame russe qui ne parle ni anglais et encore moins français. Très compliqué de communiquer avec elle. Les bières dans le frigo ne sont pas offertes et coûtent 3 euros pour "Stella Artois". Dans ce logement, vous êtes obligé de prendre votre petit déjeuner ou autre sur le petit balcon été comme hiver sur une table basse. Pensez à prendre des bouchons d'oreilles car les travaux et la circulation peuvent vous réveiller tôt.

Bous avons passé un agréable séjour, très proche à pied de Monaco, l’accueil était top. La chambre était bien équipé et très fonctionnel.
