Very clean, beautiful furniture and very spacious with nice interior decor

This property is amazingly equipped, spacious, bight and clean. You need a car as it’s c15 mins north of Swapkop but it is easy to find. The main bedroom and bathroom are superb and the little flat on the side is a nice private addition. We were happy to find a washing machine and tumble dryer too.

It has everything you could possibly need except for one thing: heating. If you’re visiting in the winter months be prepared for some indoor camping! It was 16° in the house when we arrived!! We managed to find ONE single fan heater and had to have the oven on constantly to even get the house up to 18°. We asked for a proper heater but we just told that Namibian houses don’t have heating and that there were extra blankets. This isn’t good enough. It was a very uncomfortable stay because of this alone. We asked again the second night for heaters and were told they would ask the owner but no one got back to us. For this reason, we can’t give it a higher score even though the property itself deserves it. I don’t think it should be rented out in the colder months unless heaters can be provided.

Die Lage ist nicht toll. In der Nähe keinerlei Geschäfte und Restaurants und insgesamt wirkt die Nachbarschaft ausgestorben. Der Aussenbereich ist lieblos und wirklich nicht schön. Da will niemand sitzen und entspannen

I like the fact that I could walk to the see, have nice breakfast in the area.

I didn't like the fact that I have to call for obvious things like welcome book. Kindly put one hard copy, where you keep the keys.
