Metro Stay Grand View Tower

I like how cozy looking it is. It’s definitely a home away from home. I love how it’s modern and safe, and easily accessible for public transport. I love how attentive and responsive the host is to my queries. I love how accomodating they are with my every requests. Nice and friendly staff. I also appreciate the reminders and updates on what to do when checking out or when having guests/visitors over.

I wish that communication was more consistent between the condo lobby and the host. Since this is my first time booking and checking in at a place like this, I was under the impression that lobby would have a list of expected guests coming to check in with all their details, booking confirmation ready that has been sent to them by the host. Initially the front security guard didn’t want to let me into the lobby until I tell them what unit number I booked (but this was only made available to me when I emailed the host). Upon check-in on the lobby, I got questioned again for this so I tried to show my booking confirmation. In terms of having visitors over who aren’t guests, the host has kindly told me that they just needed to leave valid IDs by the lobby and the time they would check in and out. Initially the first lobby person didn’t let us through because they said they didn’t get forwarded the correspondence between me and the host. So I showed them through my phone and when they got a go signal from another person, they let us through and told us to keep it strictly to 3 hours and my visitor needed to leave then (late night visitor). This happened another time again but had a much better experience with not too many question asked just sign in with a valid ID.

Fully equipped, well cleaned, easy access, near to the airport and got 7/11 just below it.

Check-in procedure was not the smoothest but still acceptable. Just ensure with the host that the receptionist is aware of your stay.

The room was the best room I’ve ever stayed in in the Philippines and couldn’t fault it and would 100% stay again

Shower was in my opinion wasn’t set up correctly apart from that every else spot on

I love it! The place is small but its complete! They have everything you’ll need. The location is really good
