Very pleasant hosts, very polite and helpful, the place is so clean and has almost everything you need, it's a new place so hopefully it stays the same in the future, they sent me a complimentary breakfast I'm so thankful for that. It's very good value for money I love it.

Small improvements but not a big deal at all: the bathroom built in bidet needs to work, water pressure was a bit low while showering, breakfast presentation can be a lot better, it was a good breakfast but everything was just scattered on the tray, it was complimentary for me but if you're planning on selling the breakfast later then good presentation is a must, also this is not a big deal at all but maybe add coffee and creamer with the tea that's in the room. Laundry is important too specially for long stays so maybe you can arrange that with a nearby dry clean place. Last thing is to just add streaming services to the TVs, like netflix and prime video. I really liked the place so hopefully they accept these small suggestions, i worked in hotels for a while so this is all from experience.
