1.間取りが変わっているため、子供達が大喜びしていた点。 2.ホストから都度丁寧なメール連絡を頂けるため、安心して過ごすことができる。 3.必要な設備がほぼ整っているため助かる(強いて言えば衣類乾燥機があるともっと助かる)。 4.非常電源？があった(宿泊の夜に雷による停電が起きたが、室内の照明が切り替わった)ため怖がらずに済んだ。
掃除が行き渡っていない点。 1.各部屋の床に埃、髪の毛、虫の死骸が沢山あり掃除されているのか疑問。 2.室内(特にベッドルーム)のカビ臭が酷い。 3.トイレの換気扇にフィルターが付いていたが交換されておらず埃で真っ黒になっていた。 4.エアコンの1つが効きが悪く点検しているのか疑問。 5.コンセント周りの埃がひどくトラッキングの心配がある。
