Bardzo dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie. Dużo sprzętów, zmywarka, pralka, ekspres do kawy, nowe meble (IKEA lub a'la IKEA), czystość. Darmowy parking przy ulicy, niestety często zajęty (ale można było znaleźć w niedalekiej odległości - jakieś 200 metrów.. Darmowe WIFI. Wielkość mieszkania na plus. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielami - przez Whats'up.
Lokalizacja przy samej ulicy, wieczorami trochę uciążliwy hałas spowodowany przejeżdżającymi autami, służbami miejskimi, ale można było się przyzwyczaić. Dużym minusem (byliśmy w okresie styczeń/luty) była temperatura w mieszkaniu. Pomimo ciepłych (ale nie gorących) kaloryferów raczej było chłodno. Dodatkowo nieszczelność pod drzwiami wejściowymi powodowała, że mieszkanie jeszcze bardziej się wychładzało.
