Spacious and good stay

We stayed at this property for 5 days and had a wonderful experience throughout our stay. The property was spacious (3BHK Duplex), exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and actually exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and overall quality. The host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and welcoming. Whenever we needed assistance, everything was taken care of with just a phone call, which made our stay completely hassle-free. The location was convenient and offered a peaceful environment. Restaurants and other dining options were easily accessible. We would definitely choose this property again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and worry-free stay.

We had a wonderful and beautiful stay at the villa. It was extremely comfortable for both kids and elders. The kids especially enjoyed playing in the spacious hall. Being a duplex villa, it offered plenty of room for everyone. The location is excellent—very close to the temples. Even though it is near the highway, we were able to reach the temples easily while avoiding traffic, including Kanipakam, Alamelu Mangapuram, and Srikalahasthi. A special thanks to the owner, Mr. Praveen, who was very courteous and customized our stay according to our needs. We truly appreciated the availability of kitchen utensils and the rice cooker—everything we required was thoughtfully provided. Overall, it was a worthy and satisfying stay. We will definitely choose this place again whenever we visit Tirupati. People can confidently plan to stay here and even proceed directly for Tirumala Darshan from the villa

Excellent family stay. Rooms and living room is good . There was cutlery for cooking if required. Parking is available. Calm place, not much traffic. Host is very accommodating.

Bathroom fittings were bit tight
