Perfectly situated condo with amazing views

We spent our stay in this apartment with mixed feelings. The property has incredible potential, but unfortunately, it falls short on the little things you would typically expect in this price range. The Positives: Location & View: The apartment is excellently located and offers a nice partial sea view. Layout & Luxury: With two full bathrooms and a separate toilet, the accommodation offers real luxury and plenty of privacy. The kitchen is modern and truly excellently equipped with high-end appliances. Conclusion: All in all, we had a good time because the bones of the apartment (layout, location, appliances) are fantastic. However, there is definitely room for improvement. With a bit more attention to detail and a better cleaning service, this place could be an absolute gem. For now, it’s a good stay with a few avoidable deductions.

The Negatives Upon arrival, we briefly felt like we were at a youth hostel because we had to make our own beds. For an apartment that positions itself in the luxury segment, this wasn't a great start. Additionally, there were several shortcomings regarding cleanliness and maintenance: The basic cleanliness inside the kitchen drawers and cabinets left a lot to be desired. The dishwasher was still full of dishes from the previous guests and there was stale baguette and open bags of chips in the kitchen cabinets. There were no dish towels provided at all. While shower gel and hand soap were supposedly provided, the dispensers were completely empty. Minor maintenance issues marred the overall impression: a shelf in the living room was on the verge of collapsing, the toilet brush and the bathropm Tap in the WC were broken.

Die Lage war super – man musste nur über die Straße gehen und war direkt am Meer. Leider gab es in diesem Zeitraum eine Baustelle. Direkt vor dem Haus konnten die Kinder unten mit dem Roller fahren. Uns haben die Aussicht und auch die Aufteilung des Apartments sehr gefallen. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder. Die Einrichtung ist super schön und modern.

Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn bei der Ankunft neuer Gäste noch mehr auf die Sauberkeit geachtet wird. Zudem wären Vorhänge im Wohnzimmer besonders für die große Balkontür eine tolle Ergänzung

The apartment left a very good impression. It is comfortable, well thought out, and fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The view is absolutely stunning — both over the city and the sea (if the windows were clean, it would be even better) — you can easily spend time just looking out the window. The location is perfect, literally a couple of steps from the beach. Communication with the host was also excellent: quick, clear, and hassle-free.

The only thing that really spoils this apartment is the cleanliness, or rather the lack of it. It’s a shame, because everything else is really great. It was almost like that joke: I went to wash my hair and ended up cleaning the bathtub, sink, toilet, floors, and even the walls… and when I wanted to make coffee, I was honestly a bit afraid to go into the kitchen)) If this point is improved, we would be very happy to come back here every time we visit and book this apartment again, since we travel here quite often. I really hope this issue will be addressed by our next stay.
