Great location, very close to SM Seaside. Parking wasn’t included and needed to be paid separately, which was fine. The unit is equipped with basic whitewares, pots, and pans. Both beds in each bedroom were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked really well — especially appreciated since it was very humid during our stay. The place was very clean, and Krystal the property manager was very helpful and did her best to accommodate any concerns we had.
Unfortunately, the fridge had power but did not get cold. We had to cook our frozen food to prevent it from spoiling and ended up throwing away fresh milk and other items. The fridge was not replaced until two days into our four-night stay.
