Great space, very modern and open, easy access to QT, and local playground and cafes

Beds were so uncomfortable! We all ended up sleeping on top of the duvet cover to add some extra padding as it was so hard, with blankets on top. The studio is rented separately and guests arrived about 9.30pm and were so loud with screaming children and very loud TV still going at 11pm, all can be heard in the main house. Kitchen isn’t well stocked, no small bowls, no cling wrap for left overs, oven is tricky to use. Main bathroom shower screen is misaligned and makes a big bang everytime you open the door. Way too much furniture! The main bedroom felt crowded with a desk, 2 chairs and a massive armchair, and there’s so many side tables/coffee tables everywhere Gardener was there when we arrived but there were still so many weeds and was super untidy outside the 2 smaller bedrooms
