this is a perfect 2 bedroom for the perfect stay, loved the balcony and the rooms everything was clean and the owner was in touch the whole time !

Very central.

All it needed was another fan in the second bedroom.

The room layout works well. It's quiet, we didn't hear noise from other apartments, and the area itself is fairly quiet except for an occasional siren in the city. The apartment has soap-powder for the washing machine, a dryer and drying rack, basic cleaning supplies, plenty of bedding, coat hangers, a water-filter jug, even cards and a book of Dad jokes. There's a good ventilation system. You can also open the windows for ventilation, so we didn't need to use the aircon. The balcony catches the sun.

The bedrooms are quite plain, (in contrast to the colourful lounge furniture.) The view is basically buildings (could only see 1 tree). The ensuite bathroom is quite tiny, (the other bathroom is a larger). We needed to clean the filter in the dryer as it hadn't been cleared after the previous user.
