Die Ausstattung war super. So vollständig habe ich es noch nirgendwo angetroffen. Wir waren zum Jazzfestival Seixal 2 Tage dort. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Kai hinter der renovierten Kai-Straße (Einbahnstraße). Viele Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Lidl ist 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Die Stadthalle (Jazzfesival) ist fußläufig erreichbar (10 Minuten). Mit der Fähre (15 Minuten Fußweg) ist man in weiteren 20 Minuten über den Tejo am Cais de Sodré in Lissabon.
Das Studio ist relativ klein. Deshalb eher für kürzere Aufenthalte geeignet.
